The Nike India e-commerce experience was crafted to bring the brand’s global energy to a uniquely local audience. The goal: to design a seamless, high-impact shopping journey tailored to the expectations, behaviors, and preferences of Indian consumers—while staying true to Nike’s bold brand standards.

Key objectives for the redesign included:

  1. Optimizing mobile-first performance to meet India’s mobile-heavy user base

  2. Maintaining brand consistency across global and regional design systems

  3. Boosting conversion and engagement through faster load times and simplified checkout flows

We balanced Nike’s signature visual intensity with a clean, efficient UX to create an experience that felt premium yet frictionless. Every interaction—from browsing to checkout—was designed to be fast, focused, and inspiring.
