From Concept to Creation

Great work doesn’t happen in isolation. Collaborating with photographers, illustrators, and videographers from different backgrounds has been one of the most enriching parts of my creative journey. They didn’t just help get the job done; they have helped me grow, rethink my process, and explore new creative grounds as an art director.

Here are a few projects where I led the creative direction—made stronger and better by the incredible people behind them.

Blend Way (2021)

We wanted to create a series of illustrated visuals to accompany our 10 new "Blend Way" cornerstones (i.e. Blend's new company mission/pillars). I worked alongside an exceptionally talented illustrator, Lilian Darmono. The goal was to develop a distinct identity for the pillars that stood on its own while seamlessly aligned with the broader Blend brand. We decided to borrow colors from the existing brand system and incorporated organic lines from Blend’s pattern library. We emphasized movement and momentum throughout the visuals to reinforce energy and forward progress.

2019 Forum Event Reel & Testimonials

As the primary point of contact between the director, producer, and internal Blend team, I played a central role in aligning creative and logistical elements. I collaborated closely with the director to define the mood and tone of the main video, as well as guided the approach for testimonial-style talking head segments. In preparation for the shoot, I oversaw location scouting ahead of the event to evaluate key areas, ensuring optimal camera setups and shot planning to support our visual goals.
